Creating Master file from DTD file

Hi everyone,

I used a RDBMS column (type is CLOB) to store an XML string. I then created a DTD for the XML.

When I tried to create a master file from the DTD (through WebFOCUS Reporing Server console) I got the following error:

Create Synonym executed with the following errors:

"(FOC42204) ERROR, NO DATA SOURCE FOR CREATE SYNONYM"

I am sure I specified the DTD file and its location correctly.[e.g: gcobattle.dtd (for file) and /export/home/iadmin (for location).

Help!!!

Did you double-check the case of the "gcobattle.dtd"?

N. Selph, thank you very much. I originally named the file GCOBattle.dtd and after I changed it to gcobattle.dtd, it worked!

WebFOCUS Reporting Server console is running on UNIX environment and I only provided dtd and the console were able to find GCOBattle.dtd. It is strange that it did not work when the file is named GCOBattle.dtd. Anyway, it worked after I renamed the file to gcobattle.dtd.
