Loved the shirts that had "ConFUSEd..." on the sleeve (check out the pics to read the rest).
Just couldn't quite make out what was on the front.

The front of the shirts had a POW graphic on them, representing the acronym "Pointers Onthe Web" "Pointers On WebFOCUS". (edited to keep Mickey happy and get my stripes back )
As for the arm slogans, there were several different ones, I wonder if anyone can list ALL of them? Obviously those that had knowledge about them (and wore them) should not contribute to this.

POW stands for "Pointers On WebFOCUS" as in Focal Pointers talking about WebFOCUS. It is a double entendre in which the word Pointers also means advice, tips, suggestions or help.
