Alt + Mouse

I've been doing that for years in EditPlus. It's a huge surprise it works in DevStudio!

I've been using the DevStudio editor since 2005.

I was sitting behind one of the guys that occasionally use DevStudio and I saw him drag across some columns!

I looked at his screen and thought, he's got some other editor running, but it was DevStudio.

There is gold in them there hills after all.

It's like my first programming experience. I was given an assignment and I worked on it and got it working, only to be told by my supervisor (who was working on a different shift that week and didn't know I had been assigned the task) that it was impossible, it would never work. I had to say "Sorry, I didn't know it couldn't be done, so I did it. Here you go. It works.".

Same thing here. I did it out of habit because most of the editors I use do it, so I just did it not knowing whether it could or not.

Beginners luck?? lol

I saw a colleague doing that as well, but couldn't get it to work. Turns out it only works with the mouse, while I was trying to do that with the cursor keys. Doh!
