Starting a few days ago we are unable to get into the Administration Console. It's also prompting with a windows user id and password box. I input my userid and password and then I receive the message "failed to load, server may be restarted, status=401" Has anyone seen this happen before? I never have to input a userid and password, everyone on our team has this issue.
I can get into the BI portal just fine and run reports, report caster is also functioning just fine.

Did someone change the access rights to the server directory?

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to get help from our server team to identify the issue. I'll ask that question. I did see the virtual memory was running way low, not sure why.

We ended up restarting the server and it cleared up all the issues we were having.
