Hi all,

We have an ongoing problem regarding Webfocus report download speeds from our AS400/iSeries install that is hosted in a different country.

All our Webfocus reports (EXL2K) download at approx 60-70/Kbps from this location. However a PDF user guide that the users can download from the main WebFocus dashboard page, downloads at approx 300Kbps?

Does anyone have a better understanding of how the files are generated and why we would see such a difference in speeds of files coming out of the same box?

Does anyone else have a similar issue?

I suppose you should look into optimizing your web server (Tomcat, WebSphere or whatever)...
