Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

We found that OLAP reports from RCaster sent to a Lotus Notes distribution list were rejected by Notes as unlawfull mail. This was triggered by the included Java code needed to make OLAP work. Notes thinks the e-mail is an attempt to break into the system and correspondingly sends it to an internal administrative 'junk' mailbox.

Our Notes administrator didn't know of a Notes control to correct this.

We solved our problme by routing the report to an MS/Outlook postoffice.

Our Lotus Notes administrator thinks your's may not be digging deep enough, of course which version of Notes can be an issue as well.

I agree with Leah, there is probably a filter looking for JAVA code. If they set the filter where the sender is not REPORT.CASTER@yourcompany.com (or whatever you set the sender to in Report Caster) then it should bypass the rest of the filtering. You will have to have a specific FROM address that is identifiable.
