Hi,
When I apply a background color to a condition (report options, style tab), the color shows up in the HTML on the screen but it doesn't print. Is this an Internet Explorer issue or is there something I can do in WebFocus to get the background color to print? Thanks in advance, Dave -Dave WebFOCUS 7.6.4, Windows XP, HTML output |

This is a browser issue. Firefox has a Page Setup setting that allows you to specify that background images and colors should be printed or not. I can't seem to find the equivalent in IE.
Thanks! Mickey

I did a little more checking and it looks like printing the background color is a default for IE. I'm not sure what the issue could be on your end.
Thanks! Mickey

AH! TexasStingray, I should have checked there but didn't think of it. I have that checked already in my browser. It sounds like Dave does not.
Thanks! Mickey

There is a group policy setting (I think) that can be set to prevent colour print from IE. That is certainly the method my current Client utilises.
Check with your tech team. T |

Thank you all. The problem was fixed by checking the box in 'internet options'.
