Hi,
When I apply a background color to a condition (report options, style tab), the color shows up in the HTML on the screen but it doesn't print. Is this an Internet Explorer issue or is there something I can do in WebFocus to get the background color to print?

Thanks in advance,
Dave

This is a browser issue. Firefox has a Page Setup setting that allows you to specify that background images and colors should be printed or not. I can't seem to find the equivalent in IE.

Thanks!

I did a little more checking and it looks like printing the background color is a default for IE. I'm not sure what the issue could be on your end.

Thanks!

AH! TexasStingray, I should have checked there but didn't think of it. I have that checked already in my browser. It sounds like Dave does not.

Thanks!

There is a group policy setting (I think) that can be set to prevent colour print from IE. That is certainly the method my current Client utilises.

Check with your tech team.

Thank you all. The problem was fixed by checking the box in 'internet options'.
