Hi,
I have scheduled a report to run everyday at 8 AM EST in our application using reportcaster functionality . But the report is not emailed to the users due to the following error.

Can anyone tell me what kind of error this is and suggest me a solution?

Check to see if all components in the request are of the same release version - Report caster, report server, webfocus client. Check to ensure they all use the same java version. Be sure that the request does not get started on 764 and tries to execute on 769.
If that does not solve this, then I'd open a case with IB tech support.
