I am new to focal point, Here is what I am having trouble with?

I have a record set of around 200 to 250 records. I need to create a report(compund report) that will print the same letter 200 times with the data of each record? each record is different?

Is this Duable thru WebFocus, How can i make it loop? or even better create one PDF with all the 250 Letters? Any Ideas will be greately appreciated.

Is there a sort field that makes each letter different...Like Customber Number?

You would say

BY CUST_NUMBER PAGE-BREAK.

Yes Each record has a different account number

Then that is how you would do it.

BY ACOUNT PAGE-BREAK
