Any pointers to the below scenario is appreciated.

I am running the standard Resource Analyzer Report in 7.7.3.

For one of the APPS it doesn't bring back the "SMUSERID" information.
The Data Source(s) are monitored and RA is in ACTIVE mode.

I can see this information for other APPS but not for this APP (instead I see the word "null").

Exactly which RA report are you running? I know that there are reports on users, data sources, and procedures but not sure what you are referring to when you say APP.

FP Mod Chuck, I am retrieving the Resources Used report.

Resource Analyzer> Usage Analysis> Procedures> Resources Used

When I further drilldown the Procedure name it should show the "user" information for the APP but, it shows "null"

I understand now. I do not have that version available anymore to try it and it works fine in 8.2.06. I think you will need to open a case with techsupport to see if they can figure out the issue.
