I'm decided to finally wind down my 20+ years of using FOCUS/WebFOCUS and start another company. Have to admit that IBI's has been great and they've certainly been a major source of my income for the vast majority of my career, but it's time to take an entirely different path.

I wanted to thank all the senior contributors here for their help. It says a lot about individuals when they go out of their way to help others and ask nothing in return - except maybe to use the "Search" function Wink

Thanks again and good luck to everyone.

Rick,

Good luck in your future endeavours. I certainly wouldn't mind being in your shoes - change is good. May I be so bold to ask you what you and your new company will be doing?

Best of luck,

Francis.

Funny, I am here as a result of taking 'an entirely different path' a few months ago.

Best wishes and I hope your new forums/friends/colleagues are as helpful as you've found this one to be.

Best Wishes.

I'm entirely with you on that. This forum wouldn't be what it is without the tremendous help and support from those guys. I've learned quite a few nice tricks/techniques just by reading their postings.

In addition to RTFM, of course! Wink

WebFOCUS has certainly made quite an impact in my career since I decided to learn about it about 6 years ago and I think you're very brave for taking on an entirely new initiative.

All the best in your new adventure Rick and I wish you'll find it as exciting or even more so than your [Web]FOCUS journey.

Regards,
Neftali.
