Hi Team,

The is regarding the “Restore Analysis Query” pop up in WebFOCUS v8.
I am not able to see some of the saved queries in “ Restore Analysis Query ” pop-up screen in my portal for some users in PRODUCTION system.

For example : The user A has 7 saved queries under his name, now the user A is seeing only 2 out of 7 in that pop-up.

Note : Previously it was showing the queries for the users without any issues. We have not done any changes in PROD system.

Kindly help me on this issue.

This sounds like a possible production issue. If so, then opening case atIBI Technical Support Center might be the best way to resolve your issue.

You can also call in to speak with someone ( 1-800-736-6130) to better describe the issue you are having.

For this Forum can you please describe where you are in the product when this issue occurs. Please clarify “Restore Analysis Query” pop up in WebFOCUS v8. What version of WebFOCUS 8 are you using?

It is not an issue with product and it is related to data. Data has changed due to some incorrect user operation in application.
