Is there and Excel format I can use to display subfoots in the Excel output??

WF will send to Excel any heading, sub-heading, footing, sub-footing, total, sub-total that you've added to your report without any specific Excel format.

Having "... FORMULA" does only send also the formula and not just the data.

Is this what you're looking for, it is not clear for me ?

is No, any Excel format will includes the subfoots DATA/VALUES. If you also need HOW it has been calculated, then you need to add FORMULA as suggested by BabakNYC.
