Hi,

I need my charts to have default business Year and month (defined values in the mfd) in the filter. So here is what I tried.

-SET &DEF_YEAR=<CURRENTAYINT;
-DEFAULTH &YEAR=&DEF_YEAR.EVAL;
.
.
.
WHERE DF_YEAR EQ &YEAR. (|FORMAT=I4).QUOTEDSTRING;

Here CURRENTAYINT is a defined column. I confirm CURRENTAYINT is an I4 field.
I get this error "(FOC006) THE FORMAT OF THE TEST VALUE IS INCONSISTENT WITH FIELD FORMAT: For debugging, If I put say 2018, it works.

Would greatly appreciate a solution! Thank you.

Hi
If you intended to assign a value of a field to a variable :

TABLE FILE MYTABLE
SUM MAX.CURRENTAYINT
ON TABLE HOLD AS PRMDAT1
END
-RUN
-DEFAULTH &CURRENTAYINT=0
-READFILE PRMDAT1
-SET &DEF_YEAR=&CURRENTAYINT;
