Hi,

I would like to know what are the default admin credentials for accessing Managed Reporting from Devloper Studio Desktop.

I tried running the configuration verfication test (during installation) for Managed Reporting admin and could see the test result as pass.

But when I tried accessing MR using admin/admin credentials, the login failed.

Are there any default admin credentials for MR?

Cheers,
Mohan

Hi Lenny,

Thanks for the response.

But when I click on Managed Reporting, it prompts me for MR username and password. I tried entering admin, MRadmin and MREadmin as the username but I see the message that "The User ID or Password you have entered is incorrect".

Any reasons why this is happening?

Cheers,
Mohan

Sorry,

I was thinking of ReportCaster. I know for our install on 7.3 the default id was Admin with no password. I was thinking that MRE was probably the same.

Hi,

I think I have resolved it.

When I installed WebFOCUS client, I did not include the ReportCaster. I reinstalled and included ReportCaster and it worked.

I'm not sure whether this is a solution, but just that it worked for me.

Cheers,
Mohan
