Created html from Html Painter that works with fex to consume a .Net web service?

Hi,
Has anyone created a html from the Html Painter that works with a WebFocus procedure that consumes a .Net web service?
The procedure works on its own without the html and returns the simplest report.
However, when I create the html (not create a form) and try to run it on clicking Submit, nothing happens.
Could it be that I need to ask the onInitialUpdate function in the window_onload function in the html to do something first?
Here is the code for the html and procedure.

I check with our technicals and have been waiting for their response: if you have not done so, it is better to open a case for further assistance, as we may need to do Remote Assist to actually see the problem on your side.
