Does "Personal Info Assist", MyIA, InfoMini all refer to the same thing?

Not quite.

'personal info assist' is local to your client. 'info assist' is MRE based.

Personal InfoAssist and MyIA are the same. InfoMini is a way to create documents with InfoAssist that users may have some measure of ability to modify.
