When I try to configure DS 7.7.3 environment on a win7 64bit box, I keep getting the following error message: Failed to access (WFC 701) NULL. I've tried re-installing DS, reconfigure tomcat, java, cleaned the registry etc... Nothing is worked so far. Please help.

Symptom:
(WFC701)IBIF_ADHOCFEX
Problem:
Receives the above error when trying to display an application folder with
Developer Studio.

IBIF_adhocfex had been uncommented in ibidir.wfs.
Solution:
This issue was resolved by restoring the default value of IBIF_adhocfex in
the ibidir.wfs file. The default value is:
# IBIF_adhocfex(protect)

If this variable is enabled, it is not possible to run an adhoc query.

I checked and DS has all its default values intact.
