This is Windows 2008 Server. I have the reporting server running on the system account and System has Read access to a shared drive. In theory Focexecs can access materials on that shared drive, but no-go. Can't do a Filedef, can't even do a DOS COPY command.

Any insight? Both System and Everyone have read access.

J.

Try this:

In Services, the service that runs Webfocus, change the service to Run As and use the account that has access to the shared drives.

Originally I had my CLM configured to share the app path off of one of the servers and I had to do the mentioned above to get it to work.
