We're populating two calendars when loading a screen (developed in Document Composter). Most screens have the default value of 7 days before today but this one has to go back a month. I've got a Focexec which calculates the default start date. How do I set the value to another value depending on the screen which is loaded? Do I have to populate it myself with a Javascript on load or can I pass a parameter. I can't use inline code either cause that only works in IE, not iin Chrome or FF. When are IBI supposed to discover there are other browsers out there?

Hi Håkan, Perhaps you've already seen this but if not, you may be interested in this page that lists IBI's current browser support.

Håkan,

The default value can be a DM variable, entered in DS HTML Composter as !IBI.AMP.varname;

Our DS HTML Composter designed screens are called by fexes that set some parameters, then call the screen via -HTMLFORM

You could design the fex to compute that default date...
