Hi Christian,

Per our technicals: please open a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services. Microsoft has changed a lot of the support for Excel Templates, so we need more information to help determine what the problem might be. http://techsupport.information...wbf/wbf_dia_178.html

To open a case, please either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.

Cheers,

Kerry

Christian,

I have a question regarding your Excel template.

Did you create it and save it with Excel 2003?
