Is there a way within the tools to see when a user signed on last?

When you have Resource Analyser active - no problemo.
If not, and if you do not have any other means of logging activity, I don't think there is anything (other than maybe the OS logging) that can tell you that.

There is a way but not an easy on.

On the server you will find a directory something like...\worp\worp_users\...

Thss holds for each user a subdirectory
In that directory you should find 5 or 6 xml files. Those files are used to build the personal dashboard for that user.
One of the files is named RECENT.XML
The date and time stamp of that file is the date and time the user has logged on for the last time.
You should be able to read this directory structure (some basic dir commands) put that info in a file, and create a report based on that info.
This will however only give you the LAST time a user has logged on, and won't give any info about how many times a user was logged on.

Frank - this works, but ONLY if you have you system set up for using dashboards and nothing else. If you're not using dashboards but you do use mre, then this method will not work because there is nothing in the worp directories.

Yeah, I have those files, but the date doesnt seemed to be updated. I just access the DB and nothing on that file changed.

Maybe only accessing the dashboard is not enough
you may need to run a report first.
But I would not be interested in users that only log on and do not do anything.
(maybe there boss is interested in that though...)

I am interested in finding out about this also. I would like to write a report to distribute to my manager to see when the user was logged on last using the dashboard.
So, there is no log, DB table or file that has user last login information? Maybe you should submit a New feature request. I will do the same.

You may also want to try Resource Analyzer it does capture this information. Though it is an added charge.
