In MRE report assistant I am creating a where statement with $variable. When I run the report, auto prompt comes up to enter the value. When I run the report, no data is coming back and only error screen comes back and I get error: error executing the report..
&variable is not being recognized at all...I also tried creating a small fex via editor in MRE..but same thing..any idea????

When you create the & variable in report assistant, are you perhaps using the & as the first character? If so, then you get an && variable. If not, as Frank indicated, posting the fex will help.
