[CLOSED] Excel Templates not Working after Upgrade to Office 365

We have been using XLSM and XLTX formats created in Excel 2003, 2007 and 2016 for saving our excel templates and using it in our reports and they were working fine.

We upgraded to office 365 enterprise a month ago and running in to issues after editing the original templates created in older version. Once we make changes and save the file to reporting server

Updates : facing similar issues for any new templates created in Excel for office 365 to use in Webfocus 8105.

The procedure abnormally terminates with a hard kill. Is anyone facing similar issues ?

What happens if you open the 365 file in a normal Excel and save it, does it work again?


Test: WF 8.2
Prod: WF 8.2
DB: Progress, REST, IBM UniVerse/UniData, SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Greenplum, Athena.
