So anyone seen this before?

I figured I would give App Studio a try using an existing HTML made in HTML Composer version 7 and opened in DS 8, but I can't open it in App Studio.

Is there some sort of conversion process first? I was under the impression that once you open in AS and save it, it converts for you.

MattC, I haven't seen this yet. I dare not open any Dev Studio 7.7.* HTML Composer created HTML files in App Studio 8.0.08 - I have a feeling they get messed up once saved. All references to JS and CSS files that are not in THE REPOSITORY are screwed up. References to files in the web application area (where we keep our jQuery JS and CSS) do not work.

This HTML doesn't using any JS or CSS files, All the JS is in the HTML itself. It does have an excess of Controls with external procedures behind it.

I don't have time right now to open a case, I just thought I would ask or if IBI chimes in they could offer any tips.

Could it be a JS line of code that is too long for the 8.0.08 GUI?

I don't know what is going on here. I created a copy using DS, then I edited the copy in DS and removed some commented JS, then opened up AS and now it only opens in a text editor and not in Composer.

I don't get it. Frowner
