Hi All,
i am running a simple report which contains all the numeric data,my question is i want to include '$' symbol in front of all the numerical data values.need to know How can i achieve it.

Please look up field format options in the documentation. The formats you are looking for are

Floating dollar
 D7M     6148    $6,148
 
Non-floating dollar
 D7N     5432    $    5,432

your solution is correct,but i want to know if i have ten columns of numerical data,then inorder to use D7M or D10M from the D12.2 for these columns where exactly i have to modify it.

As Ginny suggested, "Please look up field format options in the documentation.". That way you'll have a better understanding of what you need, now and in the future, instead of just this answer to this issue now.
