I created an HTML page in App Studio. In pre-prod the page works fine, but in prod, it won't load. I've double checked that I'm getting actual information, which I am, but it just sits there. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it if you have?

How are you running this HTML page?
Is it part of a protal or are you running it stand alone.

Is it throwing any error message when you do view source?

Have you tried developer tools to see what is happeing when you are loading the page.

The main page is supposed to be a part of a portal, but even when I run it standalone it still doesn't load. There are no errors thrown when I view the source. Everything seems to be normal otherwise.

I suggest you open a case with techsupport on this one.

Are you running the same Gen of WebFOCUS on both systems and do they match the version of App Studio you used to create the HTML page?

Does this happen using all browsers or a specific one?

Does this happen when you run other HTML's you've created or just this one HTML?

You'll probably have to open a case with IB tech support but expect to be asked these questions, so you might as well look into them now so you're one step ahead.

Did you check in developer tools on Chrome or IE?
