Hi,
I have to generate a report in this format
|status |location | color
Division |Total |total1|total2 |tot1 |tot2| Tot1

I have to apply ACROSS on 'Status', 'Location' and 'Color' to get the break-up of 'Total'
But when I apply across, it spans throughout the report columnsi.e to 'Total' and 'Division' also.

1. Can I restrict the ACROSS to some columns of the report for which I havent applied 'BY'

2.How can I apply ACROSS on multiple columns i.e status, location and color.

TIA
Karan

There are a number of options. Here is one.

SUM DIVISION TOTAL
BY sort1
SUM TOTAL1 TOTAL2 TOT1 TOT2 TOT3
