Need a quick way to format a date in M-D.

Like this: Dec-05

Or, how can I select this format in a chart?

PMT_DATE_MD/A40=DATETRAN (INIT_PMT_DT, '(MD)', '(-t)', 'EN', 40, 'A40');
Results:
Jan-03, Jan-04, Jan-05 etc
