Please explain what you would like to do a little more clearly.

Do you want to create option values for a select list form object?

One method:
SET HOLDLIST=PRINTONLY

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT
COMPUTE OPT1/A100 = '<OPTION VALUE="' || COUNTRY || '">' || COUNTRY || '</OPTION>';
BY COUNTRY NOPRINT
ON TABLE SAVE AS S001
END
-RUN

-HTMLFORM BEGIN
<FORM>
<SELECT>
!IBI.FIL.S001;
</SELECT>
</FORM>
-HTMLFORM END
