Where can I find the default value for FONT='IBIDefault'

I think it is in the styling but where it is that file?

The font settings are defined in the file fontmap.xml. FONTMAP.XML is IBI standard font mappings file which is located in \ibi\srv81\home\etc\style\fontmap.xml

For HTML and XLSX format IBIDefault is Arial font.
