I am doing a JOIN between two clusters in my procedure.I didn't specify to use FOCTRANSFORM anywhere.

When i use a where condition in my join iam getting the following error

(FOC889) JOIN WHERE IS NOT SUPPORTED BY FOCTRANSFORM.

What is causing this error.
Why is a FOCTRANSFORM happening.

Do you have the code available for us to take a look at? How are your "clusters" described? Code for that?

8.2.02M (production), 8.2.02M (test), Windows 10, all outputs.

Sorry I cannot share the code.
Clusters are joined with oracle master files.
There are both unique and multiple joins.

Yeah, you won't get much help I'd wager unless you're able to at least share a representation of what your code looks like, maybe using IBI sample data instead? We need to know how you wrote something in order to help you troubleshoot it. If you still can't give us that, then I'd suggest opening a case with IBI. Good luck!

Since we can't give you a diagnosis maybe you can try accomplishing the same thing in a different way as a test. Run a request and hold without the WHERE test and then run a second request with the WHERE test.
