I have a report and I need to freeze the column heading and the first 3 columns. I know that HFREEZE can be used for headings. Is there a similar way to freeze the columns too?

Eg:
col1 col2 col3 col4 col5 col6 col7
A1 B1 1 2 3 4 5
A2 B2 6 7 8 9 10
A3 B3 11 12 13 14 15
A4 B4 16 17 18 19 20
A5 B5 21 22 23 24 25

I need to freeze the column headings (col1, col2, col3, col4, col5, col6, col7) and the data in col1 and col2 .

It is not a basic function like the HFREEZE option.
But i would suggest you do a search in this forum.
The solution is here, just search and you will find it.

SEARCH is the most underestimation and helpfull thing in this forum.

The only way I've seen this done is by using a hack to read the WF report HTML or XML into a JavaScript object and manipulate the structure. For example ExtJS provides a table to grid object which can be customized for WF HTML report output. The ExtJS grid object has scroll controls.

If you are using Excel, you can go for Excel Templates.
