I have this code trying to get images from the mapped directory. I get an error that it cannot access the directory but I don't know which user ID it's using so I can give it access.

APP MAP IMAGES '\\server\pics\Pics - Website'
APP MAP IMAGES2 '\\server\pics\Pics - Glamour'
APP MAP IMAGES3 '\\server\pics\Pics - Brand'
APP MAP IMAGES4 '\\server\pics\Pics - Nutrition'

APP PREPENDPATH IMAGES
APP PREPENDPATH IMAGES2
APP PREPENDPATH IMAGES3
APP PREPENDPATH IMAGES4

APP QUERY IMAGES
-EXIT

Result:

BEGIN-APP-QUERY: images
(FOC36307) APPLICATION images DOES NOT EXIST.
END-APP-QUERY

Hi Joe

it is using the id that starts the reporting server service. You may need to get an AD service account with a non-expiring password set up to use because by default it is using the local system account.

Thank you for using Focal Point!
