Has anyone had the problem where the report data is overlapping the footing? I'm using PDF output and have PRINTPLUS set to ON. My footing is also FOOTING BOTTOM. I have the BOTTOMMARGIN SET to 0.00.

It's a compound report and I have the same footing in both reports and same printplus and bottommargin settings, but the data only overlaps the footing in the first report. I have the same amount of data in the 2nd report and it gets pushed to a 2nd page (as expected) before the footing.

Bethany

did you build your footings in the underlaying reports or is it part of your compound report?

We do it the second way.

I have run into this issue occasionally. If adjusting spacing, fonts, margins, etc. does not/cannot solve the problem, try decreasing the number of lines printed on the page using the SET LINES to stop the data lines before they can overlap into the footing area.

Do you think you could recreate the problem using one of the demo files (CAR is too small, but CENTORD, or GGSALES)?

I was able to tweak the bottommargin of the first report and get data to flow to a 2nd page. Unfortunately, SET LINES doesn't work for PDF because that would have been a good option as well.

Thanks for the suggestions.
