We have a development and production environment and they differ for where the graph template palette is located. Can someone tell me what setting determines the path? I would like them to be the same path.

Production is using this path for graph template on the report server:
D:\ibi\srv76\home\graph

Development is using this path for graph template on the client server:
D:\ibi\WebFOCUS76\ibi_html\javaassist\images\tdg\template

From what you described, it seems that the development server is set to the standard default location, but the production environment was customized or changed. To find out what was changed and why it was changed, you should open a case with Customer Support Services for assistance. Please either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.

One more quick question then. Do you know if it would have been changed during the install process or would it be a setting or could it be either one? My guess is that it was done during the install.

A case may better confirm this, but I would say it was set at the time of installation.
