Hello,

I made some changes on the report but my portal pages is not getting refreshed it still showing the same numbers. I am populating the report through HTML pages.

Version: webfocus 8105 developed report through App studio.

I appreciate any one help me on this issue.

Try clearing the browser cache

If clearing the cache doesn't work, you will need to clear customizations. Right click the portal link to see the option. Also it could be that the reports themselves are cacheing. Add a random number to your string that calls the reports, that should prevent the reports from caching.

Right click the portal and select "Remove My Customization" under Customization option. You will get a Pop-up confirmation.
Do this for several times.
Then clear the browser cache and refersh the portal.

It might... I can't remember. I guess I would do it just in case. prevents caching outside of portal too then.
