Since I'm new to Web Focus, is there a way to set a PDF report page size to 6/34 by 8 inches?
Using the parameter pagesize in the stylesheet portion of the code only allows certain standard values. Any info is greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what version you are on...but here's your options.

We are on version 7.1.3 Win2K. The link you sent are the standard values for web focus and I have already reviewed. I need a special page size of 6 3/4 by 8 inches. In otherwords, there is no way to set up a report with this special page size?

How are you going to use this particular page size? Do you have preprinted forms or something like that? What is driving this requirement?

If we understand that we might be able to help you with a workaround.

The form is not pre printed, it is a blank form with a size of 6 3/4 by 8 inches. I am trying to put time card information on this form and the measurements have to be exact to fit into a time clock for in / out punches. This is a temporary work around for a tandem system that is going away.

Can a timecard span more than a single page? I would guess not, so you don't really need to worry about the pagesize. Just set your LEFT and TOP margins correctly in the stylesheet, set the FONT size so it all fits in the 6.75 width, make sure you get PAGE-BREAK in there, and let it produce the PDF. You can print it on whatever type of paper you want. (There's nothing to stop you from printing a PDF that is 8.5 inches wide on paper that is only 6.75 wide)

Darin

It appears that the page breaks for the smaller forms are working correctly as you stated. Thank you very much for your comments. yea!!!!
