I have a report that displays the following
Employee Name Subject Message Address/Destination Scheduled & Sent
REBECCA WILEY Test Message 1 Push Notification Test Text Push Alert 2018/06/19 13:32
REBECCA WILEY Test Message 1 This is test text! blkngld1372@yahoo.com 2018/06/19 13:17

I want to display them by combining the data that belongs to same employee
Employee Name Subject Message Address/Destination Scheduled & Sent
REBECCA WILEY Test Message 1 Push Notification Test Text Push Alert 2018/06/19 13:32
Test Message 1 This is test text! blkngld1372@yahoo.com 2018/06/19 13:17

JOHN PAUL Test Message 3 Push Alert Push Message 2018/06/19 13:32
Test Message 2 Shif start time john@yahoo.com 2018/06/19 13:17

So, you want the three lines for REBECCA to show on one line and the two lines for JOHN to show on one line. Thus you would get a two line report instead of a five line report?

Hi Nihitha,

Please use the code tag when posting sample output (or code).
That way it will keep formatting as you type in (us last right icon on ribbon)
[color:red}{code}

It seems that you just need not to remove from your code (if exist) a line where you will find something similar to :
SET BYSPLAY ON

Or you may need to add a BY field
TABLE FILE xyz
PRINT ...
BY EMP_NAME
...
END

But it's difficult to say since you haven't posted your code.
Without the BYDISPLAY ON and having a BY field, it will automatically display each occurrence of the BY field only once.
But the PRINT fields will exist in different rows.

Nihitha,

This is basic stuff.

In your TABLE FILE, change the verb to SUM, and sort by employee.

What you need to determine is which Subject Message Address/Destination Scheduled & Sent is going to be kept, first last or middle records.

Waz...
