Look at the ReportCaster Recovery option, by default it's set to "On".

Administration Console -> ReportCaster -> Configuration -> Recovery

Hello v_ani,

Can you explain your issue in a little more detail? Is the problem that the existing schedules are now running on a different date/time than they are supposed to?

Thank you all your reply. For example if I stopped the reportcaster service today and restart the reportcaster service again tomorrow then what happens it distributing all the schedules to the users no matter it has different time and different date. we have more than five hundred schedules.
