I've created an active dashboard with two pages. The first page has two charts and two reports (built locally). For the second page, I've inserted two existing charts. Upon running the application, I've noticed a rectangular box in the upper left corner of the page. It looks like an "active" object, and shows "0 of 0 records, Page 1 of 1". Has anyone come across anything like that? Thanks

Luiz

Luiz,

Can you specify what the output format for those existing charts is set to?

Luiz,

I was able to reproduce the issue you described and requested for an internal case to be opened. I will find out if there is an interim solution you can use as a workaround. I will update this thread if there is one.

Thanks,
Vicky

Was this resolved? If so, please state how it was.

Thanks.

David,
I haven't heard back from Vicky yet regarding an interim solution.

Hi Luiz and David,

Vicky has forwarded this issue to programming. There doesn't appear to be an interim solution at this time that can be used as a workaround.

Thanks and regards,

Kathryn

Hello,

I found this section in Active Technologies User's Guide.

How to Hide a Report Object on an Active Technologies Dashboard
Syntax:
HIDDEN={ON|OFF}
where:
ON
Hides the active report object on the active dashboard.
OFF
Displays the active report object on the active dashboard. This is the default value.

Try adding HIDDEN=ON.

Hello,

Use PAGE-LOCATION=OFF to hide "0 of 0 records, Page 1 of 1".

TYPE=REPORT, ARGRAPHENGINE=JSCHART, PAGE-LOCATION=OFF,$
