I was wondering if anyone has seen this before. Report output is set to EXL2k and the user has Office 2013 installed. The report opens but all the cells appear blank. The text is actually there it is just invisible.

I have tried setting the compatibility mode to Windows Server 2003 (service pack 1) on Excel but it was ineffective.

We are on version 7.7.03.

Thanks,
Jeff

Just out of curiosity, have you tried to set your font color to black or messed with backcolor?

I'm hoping there is something we can do on the client side because we have about 700 reports. I did change the output to EXL07 which worked fine but then I would have to update all the reports. Don't really want to go there.

try this in the server profile to replace EXL2K with EXL07

LET EXL2K = EXL07

I don't blame you. I don't even think at this point Excel 2013 is supported. I know IE 11 isn't yet, but will be shortly in a higher release of WF 8.

This happens to me since I upgraded to Excel 2013. If I "maximize" or "restore down" the window, the text will magically appear. I would also be interested in the fix.
