Is there a way in 7.7.03 version to assign one user two burst values? We used to be able to do this in version 7.6.10 but now when I go in access list i have a select a user account from right window if user account already exist in the access list, it doesnt get added on the left side.

I am wondering is there is a way to assign two burst values to one user account?

I figured it out. One has to select last record in the access list to insert same user name tiwce in report caster to add two values for one user in access list.
