Hi
User is not able to login after they changed their Active Directory password or If a user went thru a name change and was assigned a New Active ID.

I created the new User ID in MRE. User auithenticated by AD so we do not maintain passwords in MRE.
For the user who just changed the Password, I recreated the User in MRE and for the User who got a new AD Id, i created the New ID in MRE and deleted the old one.
Both of them cannot access WebFocus (invalid User ID message)
I checked in Active Directory both users are part of the WebFocus Access Group in AD.
Would appreciate help.. if anyone had a similar issue or know of a solution to this issue..

Thanks

[CASE-CLOSED]

User had a comma in the password, it was going thru Active Directory but not thru WebFocus 7.6.11. Per Support WF 7.7 & 8 will accept special chars in the password..

If you have a WF 7.6.11 or older ver, I guess do not use commas or special char in the passwords..

Thanks all
