Hello,

First of all, by 'comment' I am referring to the comments that a user can add to an Active Report. I am not speaking to the -* comments that can be added to the code.

So, my question is about these comments that are available to users on Active Reports. As I see it, it seems like when a user adds a comment to an Active Report, only they can see it. And if that report is changed or refreshed then those comments are lost. Is that right? Is there a way to keep these comments for the same user? Is it possible for users to share comments with other users?

Yes. User can put the comments on anywhere in the report and save that report and send it over the mail.

Yes. They are an individuals interaction with the report and up to them to handle passing them on.
