As of December 1, 2020, Focal Point is retired and repurposed as a reference repository. We value the wealth of knowledge that's been shared here over the years. You'll continue to have access to this treasure trove of knowledge, for search purposes only. Moving forward, myibi is our community platform to learn, share, and collaborate. We have the same Focal Point forum categories in myibi, so you can continue to have all new conversations there. First of all, by 'comment' I am referring to the comments that a user can add to an Active Report. I am not speaking to the -* comments that can be added to the code.
So, my question is about these comments that are available to users on Active Reports. As I see it, it seems like when a user adds a comment to an Active Report, only they can see it. And if that report is changed or refreshed then those comments are lost. Is that right? Is there a way to keep these comments for the same user? Is it possible for users to share comments with other users?
Thank you, I've searched these forums, but I didn't get any hits that spoke to this. And I didn't find anything useful online regarding this feature.
