Hi Pradivi,

Welcome to Focal Point.

This is a friendly follow up to your question - accordian active reports for excel and pdf

Can you please review the following document which will indicates the functionality is only available for HTML

Is Accordion Reports only supported with format HTML?

Please see the following links from searching the Focal Point Forum: [CLOSED] Accordian Reports in Excel

I hope this answers your question.

Thank you for participating in the Focal Point Forum.

Kindest regards,

Hi Tamra ,

Yeah I understood,Accordion option will work only for HTML. But we have to give the same in Excel format.

I have tried the Option EXL2K PIVOT format. But still two things pending.
1)By default ,Records get expanded and 2) Field list also displayed in sheet.

Could you please guide me to get the options to get colpased and hided Fields list by default

Waiting for your response.

Thank you!
