I am getting following agent crash error messages very often.Can anyone know root cause for the same

0(FOC36225) UNABLE TO OPEN FILE %1 SPECIFIED BY WEBFOCUS TABLE
The file specified by the WEBFOCUS TABLE HTML syntax
could not be found or if found it could not be opened.

0(FOC1405) SQL PREPARE ERROR. %1%2%3%4
An error condition occurred while attempting to prepare a cursor in the
RDBMS. An additional error message specifying the appropriate RDBMS error
code will usually accompany this message. Consult the appropriate RDBMS
error message reference for proper corrective measures.

I'm not sure on your RDMS, but do you have a
SET COMPOUND CLOSE in your last fex executed for the compound report.

How do I check which fex/code causes agents crash?I can see lot of agent crash from webconsole page but I need the which fex/code caused agents crash?
