Hey there,

I'm wondering if it is possible to disable the Search Bar on the WebViewer (On-Demand Paging) control without modifying any files on the server. Actually, I'd like to be able to do this on a per-report basis if possible.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dan

Probably, but you will have to edit some files. Look for the ENtemplate.xml in the client/etc directory. That contains all the html segments that make up the web viewer. Pass variables, or create them in site.wfs, and use them to put comments around the html you would like to prevent the browser from seeing. It will probably take a little bit of effort to find the correct html snippets, but it should not be too hard to do.

Take a look at this post from 2004, maybe it helps you get along with your customization. There isn't anything else, no set command or whatever, you can only do this by changing some files.

Hope this helps ...
